Brief Description

Sira building are recruiting for a receptionist to work within their team carrying out office organisation, performing administrative duties and communicating relevant information to customers, clients and staff.

Qualifications Required

To be considered for this role you will need GCSEs at grades 9-4 (A*-C) or equivalent including English and maths.

Providing office support including:
- Liase with clients and contractors
- Keeping well-organised files and records of business activity
- Researching company data and archived reports
- Keeping computer databases up to date
- Interacting with clients either on the phone or in person
- Answering phones and connecting calls to the proper department
- Organising files
- Taking phone messages and passing them on
- Communicating with materials suppliers and vendors
- Invoicing
- Using spreadsheets to track expenses and company spending
