The apprentice will learn all aspects of the business operations, enabling the successful candidate to take responsibility for project planning, diary management and some stock control.
Day to day duties will include the following:
Taking calls from engineers and clients
Creating jobs using the companies in house software program
Managing the diaries of engineers and sub-contractors
Dealing with queries
Assisting with project planning
Dealing with stock control and recording
Creating courier shipments
General office duties
Positions Available : 1
Working Week : Mon - Fri 9am to 5pm 37.5 hours pw

Training to be Provided : You will gain the following qualifications:
- Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship
- Level 2 Fuctional Skills in maths and English (if required).
You will also study a range of topics, including: IT, Record and document production, Decision making, Planning and organisation, Project management, Policies, Relevant regulations, Stakeholders, Processes and external environment factors.
Other Information : Candidates must carry out an initial interview with a member of the Bedford College Apprenticeship Recruitment Team and complete an online maths and English test which will be sent out prior to your initial interview if you meet the entry criteria.
