Qualifications Required : The ideal candidate will hold GCSEs at grades 9-4 (A*-C) in English and maths (or equivalent)

Day to Day tasks will be varied and include:
• Supporting the existing team
• Managing spreadsheets and schedules as part of the Customer Relationship Management System
• Answering the telephone
• Liaising with customers regarding confirmation of their orders
• Assisting with the preparation of reports
• Printing and compiling customer files
• Management of outgoing post
• General filing and administration duties
• Regular pay reviews linked to competence
• Paid employment while studying a qualification, leading to a permanent position

Positions Available : 1
Working Week : Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm 37.5 hours per week
Salary : £ 180.00 (Weekly)

Training to be Provided : Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship plus Level 2 Fuctional Skills in maths and English (if required). You will also study a range of topics including: IT, Record and document production, Decision making, Planning and organisation, Project management, Policies, Relevant regulations, Stakeholders, Processes and external environment factors.
Other Information : Candidates must carry out an initial interview with a member of the Bedford College Apprenticeship Recruitment Team and complete an online maths and English test which will be sent out prior to your initial interview if you meet the entry criteria.
