Brief Description

Grab Express Ltd are looking for someone who can assist with their customer service team, making calls to customers ensuring the job has been carried out as expected, sending a feedback form to customers and help with handling complaints.

Qualifications Required

To be considered for this role you will need a minimum of 3 GCSE’s at grades 9-4 (A*- C) including maths and English.

Personal Qualities

Good customer service skills both face to face and over the phone, confident, mature, professional, the ability to work well under pressure, good communication skills and to be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills Required

Good IT literacy with a working knowledge of Microsoft office products

Training to be Provided

You will gain the following qualifications:
- Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship
- Functional Skills in English and maths (if required)

You will also study a range of topics including: Knowing your customers, Understanding your organisation, Meeting regulations and legislation, Systems and resources, Your role and responsibility, Customer experience, Product and service knowledge, Interpersonal skills and Communication

Grab Express Ltd are looking for someone who can assist with their customer service team, making calls to customers ensuring the job has been carried out as expected, sending a feedback form to customers and help with handling complaints.

Grab Express Ltd are a registered waste carrier & waste management company, mainly providing services/deliveries to the construction industry, schools, hospitals, local authorities and councils as well as one off sales to members of the general public. They provide services such as aggregate delivery to clearance of household/construction waste and skip hire.

As an apprentice, you will learn how to deliver high levels of customer service in a business to business environment as well as business to public environment. You will develop your skills through a combination of on the job learning and academic study.

What you will do:

Day to day you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive level of service to customers which will include:

• Responding to customers via telephone and email
• Handling and logging customer concerns, investigating any issues that may arise and report your feedback to relevant departments
• Liaising with other teams within the organisation (accounts, transport and logistics)
• Taking orders/booking from customers, rescheduling orders e.g. if bad weather or a traffic jam causes delays etc.
• Using our fleet tracking system to update customers on ETA of Lorry/Van.
• Updating our social media and blog with the latest news and promotions.
