Brief Description

Trumpf are looking for an apprentice to support customers with breakdowns / repairs / maintenance and programming of the latest TRUMPF machines.

Qualifications Required

To be considered for this role you will need a minimum of four GCSEs at grades 9-4 (A*-C) , including English, maths and science, or equivalent or a technical based subject such as engineering or product design. Alternatively you can progress from a relevant Level 2 Intermediate Apprenticeship programme

CAD experience desirable but not essential

Job Purpose
To support customers with breakdowns / repairs / maintenance and programming of the latest TRUMPF machines.

- Customer installations
- Remote customer support
- Supporting TRUMPF showroom
- Support Technical team

Primary Responsibility

- Supporting TRUMPF customers with service support
- Ensure the condition of the showroom machines are kept to the highest standards
- Support showroom & training teams with training courses
- Clear and concise logging of customer issues via SIS
- Learning TRUMPF machine portfolio & product knowledge

Other Information

Make sure that you have thoroughly thought through your travel arrangements to both work and college. This position is based in Luton, but you will be required to attend Bedford College as part of this apprenticeship programme.
This position will require you to start college in January.
