Brief Description

Hanwell Solutions Ltd are looking for an energetic outgoing person to join our sales team. The role will involve selling shock monitoring products for damage prevention in all areas of industry and wireless monitoring system in the catering sector.

Qualifications Required

4 GCSE's grades at 9-4/A*-C in maths and English or equivalent

Personal Qualities

To have empathy for a customer or prospect, have a good nature and be a good listener. Must have great communication skills and have a good attention for detail.

Skills Required

The most important attributes are, an outgoing nature, confidence with communications and not afraid to talk to people in a warm and friendly manner. Attention to detail with good written skills and a good standard of maths with an ability to spot mistakes in everyday sums.

Training to be Provided

You will gain the following qualifications:
- Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship
- Functional Skills in English and maths (if required)

You will also study a range of topics including: Knowing your customers, Understanding your organisation, Meeting regulations and legislation, Systems and resources, Your role and responsibility, Customer experience, Product and service knowledge, Interpersonal skills and Communication

Future Prospects

On successful completion of the apprenticeship there will be an offer for a full time sales engineer. Within Hanwell there are opportunities apply for roles in other departments as and when they arise. There are also possibilities to progress within the group.

Vacancy Detail

Hanwell Solutions Ltd are looking for an energetic outgoing person to join our sales team. The role will involve selling shock monitoring products for damage prevention in all areas of industry and wireless monitoring system in the catering sector.

Key responsibilities:
1. Searching for new clients who could benefit from our products or services.
2. Maintaining existing, long-term relationships with customers and re-sellers.
3. To travel when required in the designated territory. UK only.
4. Producing client quotations. Recording and maintaining client contact data
5. Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions that meet both client and group needs.
6. Offering after-sales support services. Liaising with other members of the sales team and management.
7. Preparing reports for head office.
8. Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows and conferences.
9. Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs.
10. Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
11. Solving client problems.

Other Information

Candadate requires a driving licence ideal age would be 21 but could be 18 as we can get special insurance for company cars.

This apprenticeship has expired
