Brief Description

Do you have the skills needed for a role as a Hairdressing Apprentice?

Qualifications Required

You will need a minimum of two GCSEs at grades A*-D/9-3, including English and maths, or equivalent
Due to the current situation, please be aware that the predicted grades will be accepted when applying for an apprenticeship.

Training to be Provided

During this apprenticeship you will study a range of topics, including:

Consultation
Shampooing and conditioning hair and scalp
Styling and finishing hair
Colouring
Cutting
Perming
You will also have the opportunity of participating in Brook’s annual Hair and Beauty show and attending an annual trip to the Salon International event held at Docklands London.

You will gain the following qualifications:

Level 2 Diploma for Hair Professionals

Plus…

Functional Skills in English and maths, if required by the apprentice.
