Brief Description

This role is for someone looking to be trained in all aspects of administration and the day to day running of a small online retail business.

Qualifications Required

Minimum of 4 GCSEs at A*- C/9-4 (including maths and English) and or the equivalent.

Skills Required

Good organisation skills
Attention to detail
Numeracy, literacy, and ICT skills.
Experience with Word, Excel and outlook would be useful but not imperative. If not, then training will be provided.

Training to be Provided

Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship plus Level 2 Fuctional Skills in maths and English (if required). You will also study a range of topics including: IT, Record and document production, Decision making, Planning and organisation, Project management, Policies, Relevant regulations, Stakeholders, Processes and external environment factors.

We are looking for an office administrator who will enjoy working within a friendly busy team completing various administrative duties. 3 Way Components is a small online retail company with three employees that is looking to expand in size, so this is a perfect role for candidates to grow with the company. Earning and learning you will enjoy supportive, motivated and dedicated colleagues, helping you to communicate, analyse and help to increase sales, profitability and company growth. All employees are involved with all aspects of the day to day running of the company which will give potential candidates the opportunity to learn all aspects of running a small business. The candidate will also be responsible for creating and maintaining an influential presence on social media platforms, which currently 3 Way Components does not have.

Duties/responsibilities to include:

All aspects of administration
Using phones and computers to develop the business in achieving sales and marketing goals.
Dealing with existing and new customer enquiries
Updating company social media
Managing website content
Assisting in dispatching orders to customers
Stock Control
Picking, Packing and dispatching customer orders in the warehouse.
Investigating and advertising of new products
Assisting in finance reconciliation
