Brief Description

Your role will involve all areas of daily business administration which will include creating client plans and keeping records up to date. You will be expected to work and liaise with clients on a regular basis.

Qualifications Required

You will need four GCSEs at grades A*-C or 9-4.
It is essential to have Level 1 English and maths and desirable to have Level 2 English and maths.

Assessment will take place at the end of the programme and will comprise of an apprentice showcase (Knowledge Test, a Portfolio-based Interview and a Project Presentation).

You will gain the following qualifications:
• Business Administrator Level 3 apprenticeship
• Functional Skills in English and Maths
• Functional Skills in ICT

Grow into a Senior Permanent Executive able to manage a set of clients and be an integral part of the team.

Vacancy Detail

Your role will involve all areas of daily business administration which will include creating client plans and keeping records up to day. You will be expected to work and liaise with clients on a regular basis. In addition, you will also be trained in areas of social media management. This will include the need for you to post engaging content on behalf of our customers across a number of relevant and current social media platforms. Your training will include understanding how to use social media on commercial basis.

• Relevant regulations
• Stakeholders
• Processes and external environment factors.

Other Information

There will be a large percentage of computer work initially, but with time the opportunity to learn other skills around core business competencies.
