Brief Description : Your role will involve all areas of daily business administration which will include creating client plans and keeping records up to date. You will be expected to work and liaise with clients on a regular basis.
Qualifications Required : You will need four GCSEs at grades A*-C or 9-4.
It is essential to have Level 1 English and maths and desirable to have Level 2 English and maths.
Vacancy Detail : Your role will involve all areas of daily business administration which will include creating client plans and keeping records up to day. You will be expected to work and liaise with clients on a regular basis. In addition, you will also be trained in areas of social media management. This will include the need for you to post engaging content on behalf of our customers across a number of relevant and current social media platforms. Your training will include understanding how to use social media on commercial basis.
During this apprenticeship you will study a range of topics, including:
• Record and document production
• Decision making
• Planning and organisation
• Project management
• Relevant regulations
• Processes and external environment factors.
Positions Available : 1
Working Week : Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm (40 hours a week)
Salary : £208.00 Per Week

Training to be Provided : Assessment will take place at the end of the programme and will comprise of an apprentice showcase (Knowledge Test, a Portfolio-based Interview and a Project Presentation).

• Functional Skills in English and Maths
• Functional Skills in ICT
Other Information : Candidates must attend an initial interview with a member of the Bedford College Apprenticeship Recruitment Team and complete an online maths and English test which will be sent out prior to your initial interview if you meet the entry criteria. Please note this is part of the recruitment process and must be completed in order for your application to be progressed to the next stage.
Things to consider : There will be a large percentage of computer work initially, but with time the opportunity to learn other skills around core business competencies.
