Brief Description
This role involves working with the Exams and Data team to provide administrative assistance to the Exams Officer including; assisting with the receipt and distribution of exam certificates as well as assisting with the maintenance of student’s records.
Qualifications Required
You will need four GCSEs at grades A*-C or 9-4, or equivalent including maths and English.

Training to be Provided
Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship plus Level 2 Fuctional Skills in maths and English (if required) and Level 2 Functional Skills in ICT. You will also study a range of topics including: IT, Record and document production, Decision making, Planning and organisation, Project management, Policies, Relevant regulations, Stakeholders, Processes and external environment factors.

This role involves working with the Exams and Data team to provide administrative assistance to the Exams Officer including; assisting with the receipt and distribution of exam certificates as well as assisting with the maintenance of student’s records.
Main duties may include:
To provide administrative assistance to the Exams Officer
Understand all examination requirements and communicate these to all staff
Assist with the receipt and distribution of exam certificates
Support Parental Engagement Day preparation
Assist staff with Year 9 Carousel - room classes, staff classes, create timetable and distribute
To assist with the maintenance of student’s records using SIMS software
Assist with the collection of data to enable the accurate completion of statistical returns
Use the Schools Admissions software (SAM) to download new pupil information
Maintain internal departmental marksheets
Update ALPS spreadsheets for post 16 progression
Assist with updating SISRA at each assessment point
To maintain the privacy and security of all data in accordance with applicable legislation
To undertake any other duties commensurate with the level of the post
