Brief Description
Learning all functions within the warehouse section of the business, which includes £800,000 of stock made up of 7000 different items.
Qualifications Required
Driving licence, forklift licence an advantage but not necessary.

Training to be Provided
Warehousing & Storage Level 2 Certificate plus….Employment Rights and Responsibilities, Functional Skills in maths and English (if required). You will also study a range of topics including: Health, safety and security, Receiving goods and materials into storage, Maintaining the quality of goods in storage, Dispatching goods and materials, Auditing stock levels and stock inventories, Picking stock and assemble orders, Processing returned goods
Maintaining the safety of high risk goods, Lifting, transferring & positioning goods, Modifying systems for distributing stock
Future Prospects
The option to move onto other departments within the business, or progress their own responsibilities within the original role.

Stock take deliveries, filling orders, vehicle logistics, kit picking, stock checking, cable cutting, working as part of a team, liaising with the sales team, stock replenishment, and administration.
