Brief Description

To provide administrative support to the Quality and Standards department. To complete the requirements of a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship whilst in the role.

Qualifications Required

You will need four GCSEs at grades A*-C or 9-4, or equivalent.

Training to be Provided

Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship plus Level 2 Fuctional Skills in maths and English (if required) and Level 2 Functional Skills in ICT. You will also study a range of topics including: IT, Record and document production, Decision making, Planning and organisation, Project management, Policies, Relevant regulations, Stakeholders, Processes and external environment factors.

Vacancy Detail

To provide administrative support to the Quality and Standards department. To complete the requirements of a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship whilst in the role.

• Manage own diary and workload, taking responsibility for delivering work on time and to the standard required.
• Organise meetings involving internal and external participants, including booking rooms, arranging refreshments and taking and circulating minutes as required.
• Support the arrangements for Accreditation Visits, including booking travel and accommodation, collating and sending papers, and processing expenses claims.
• Schedule appointments and events, assisting the team with diary management where required.
• Keep well-organised files and records of activity
• Send correspondence to stakeholders in a range of formats, including email and formal letters
• Support colleagues to build strong working relationships with Accredited Centres
• Support colleagues with formal appeals and/or investigations into cases of alleged malpractice
• Keep SharePoint documents up to date and support colleagues in improving the way SharePoint is used
• Support colleagues in providing data reports and analysis to other parts of the business as required.
• Give feedback on team processes and suggest improvements.
• Undertake training consistent with developing skills relevant to the duties and responsibilities of the role.
• Undertake any other duties of a similar level and responsibility as may be required from time to time.
