You will be based at the Ivel Precision, Biggleswade premises.
1. Working among a small team in the sheet metal shop
2. The apprentice will be involved in sheet metal development & laser programming,
3. Where the operation of working with Laser equipment and machines will be involved,
4. Hand sheet metal skills and press brake operation.
5. Throughout your apprenticeship you will be supported and shown all aspects of the sheet metal & engineering skills you need to learn in the production of quality parts in small batch quantities

Working Week : A flexitime system is worked with a minimum 36 hours per week (198.00) to 38 hours (£209.00)
Salary : £198.00 Per Week

Other Information : You will be learning amongst a skilled workforce in the work place backed up by day release at college. Flexitime is worked with a minimum of 36 hours - 38 hours a week. The working hours are between 7.00-17.00 Monday to Thursday & 7.00-12.00 Friday this will be explained in more detail to the successful applicant. You will start on 20 days holiday + Bank holidays, raising to 25 days + Bank holidays after 5 years.”
