Brief Description

To support the College’s Business Development Team to achieve commercial/apprentice targets, and to provide administrative support to the College’s Business Development and Apprentice Recruitment Team.

Qualifications Required

You will need four GCSEs at grades A*-C or 9-4, or equivalent.

Training to be Provided

Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship plus Level 2 Fuctional Skills in maths and English (if required) and Level 2 Functional Skills in ICT. You will also study a range of topics including: IT, Record and document production, Decision making, Planning and organisation, Project management, Policies, Relevant regulations, Stakeholders, Processes and external environment factors.

To support the College’s Business Development Team to achieve commercial/apprentice targets, and to provide administrative support to the College’s Business Development and Apprentice Recruitment Team.

• To develop an in-depth knowledge of the College’s catalogue of commercial and apprentice courses.

• To enrol and take payment for non-apprentice courses received directly into the Business Development department.

• To ensure a high standard of customer service at all times with both internal and external stakeholders.

• To respond to inbound enquiries (telephone, website, and emails) in line with customer service standards.

• Add details to the Business Development Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) database.

• To work with the Business Development Team to maximise enrolment numbers for commercial courses and to carry out enrolments.
