Brief Description

We are now looking for Electrical Engineering Apprentice to support in the production of printed circuit board assembly.

Qualifications Required

5 GCSEs essential (including Math's, English and Science), A* - C grades or 9 -4 equivalents, AS Essential (Math's and Science desirable).

Training to be Provided

During this apprenticeship you will study a range of topics, including:

•Engineering drawing for technicians

You will also study specialist units depending on the pathway your employer chooses.

We are now looking for Electrical Engineering Apprentice to support in the production of printed circuit board assembly.

The Electrical Engineering Apprentice will be supporting manufacturing of printed circuit board assembly.
The Apprentices will move round the company every 6 months, working in various areas of the business.

They will cover the following over the 3 year programme:
- Component preparation
- Mechanical assembly
- Surface mount technology
- Flow solder operation
- Soldering
- Production engineering
- Test engineering
- Stores
- Goods in and goods out

- 7.30 am start time
- Possible over time on occasion
