Brief Description
We are looking for a hard working and fast paced apprentice to join our office team, dealing with day to day queries, billings, emails and staff.
Qualifications Required
You will need four GCSEs at grades A*-C or 9-4, or equivalent, including English and maths.
Personal Qualities
The ideal candidate would be caring and responsible, hardworking and have good people skills.
They should also be:

Skills Required
They would have experience of writing emails and interacting with customers. They should have a willingness to learn as well as being organized and dedicated. It is essential that the candidate has good time keeping skills and is reliable.

Vacancy Detail
We are looking for a hard working and fast paced apprentice to join our office team, dealing with day to day queries, billings, emails and staff.
The apprentice will need to assist with day to day activities of the office.
Providing administration support to the office staff whilst building good working relationships with Office staff and company Directors as well as club managers
Main duties will include:
•Assist with planning, preparing and delivering appropriate resources and materials for the Dawn Until Dusk sites.
•Providing assistance to office staff when needed.
•Monitor and reply to internal emails.
•Online Tesco grocery shopping for the centres.
•Organisation of the weekly theme boxes.
•Photocopying, laminating and printing.
•Occasionally working within the club if required to do so.
•Answering the phone if required to do so.
•General filing and archiving.
•Keeping the work environment safe and secure.
Other Information
This job involves working closely with other staff members in a small office space. It involves customer service and we expect staff to put on a smile and occasionally deal with challenging emails or phone conversations (with support from your line manager). The role involves long periods of computer use.
