Qualifications Required
You will need a minimum of four GCSEs at grades A-C or 9-4, including English and maths.

Skills Required
Some previous work experience would be advantageous but not essential.
Training to be Provided
You will gain the following qualifications:
CMI Level 3 Diploma in First Line Management
Team Leader/Supervisor Apprenticeship Level 3

•Functional Skills in English and maths Level 2 (if required)
Level 3 Diploma in First Line Management consists of the following units:

As a 1st Line Manager/Supervisor Apprentice, you will be involved in the following:
- Support and improve processes
- Suggest new ideas & implement them.
- Communicate and present clear operational tasks to department staff.
- Capacity, growth planning
- Working closely with factory managers to monitor manufacturing performance & best practice.
- Support / assist in staff reviews and 121's.
- Lead department projects and organise staff resources to fulfill maximum productivity
Other Information
As we are a manufacturing company there will be times when you will be required to work on our production line. This can be noisy and cold.
