Brief Description

As our apprentice purchasing administrator, you will be involved in the day to day admin supporting the purchasing team.

Qualifications Required

You will need a minimum of four GCSEs A*-C/9-4 including English or maths.

Skills Required

Good to advance level in excel and work would be advantageous.

As our apprentice purchasing administrator, you will be involved in the day to day admin supporting the purchasing team.

The apprentice purchasing administrator will involved in:

- Relationship building with suppliers
- Stock takes - Produce monthly stocks and internal accounts for submission to head of department.
- Stock replenishment
- General help in stores
- Complete daily administrative tasks accurately to maintain purchasing records.
- Use of the telephone system to direct calls

Other Information

Some of the work will be working in our stores depot, which is situated in our warehouse. This means there will be times when the candidate will be required to work in cooler temperatures.
